1. Purpose

Ihame is a citizen feedback platform operated under the Rwanda Governance Board (RGB) to assess service delivery quality across public and private institutions. Your feedback contributes to national service improvement goals under the NST2 framework.

2. Anonymity

Your identity will not be linked to individual survey responses shared with institutions. Aggregated data is used for analysis and reporting only.

3. Data Usage

Responses are stored securely and used solely for service delivery assessment, institutional performance ranking, and policy improvement. Data may be shared in anonymized form with government agencies for national reporting.

4. Fair Use

Please provide honest and constructive feedback. A cooldown period applies per organization to prevent duplicate submissions. Abusive content may be flagged and removed.
